Farm & Country Online Join BETA

We are delighted to announce that Farm & Country Online is now a British Equestrian Trade Association approved online retailer!

BETA, formed in 1979, represents UK equestrian retailers (both online and in-person), manufacturers, distributors and suppliers and acts in the best interests of horsey consumers. BETA also aims to raise standards in supply and retail, as well as encourage safety within the equine community.

Applications to join BETA are heavily scrutinised and all applications go through a rigorous process to ensure the business is credible to represent the organisation. Only member businesses are able to use the BETA logo, meaning consumers can shop with confidence where they see the badge, knowing that the symbol represents a legitimate and trustworthy business which stocks products of a high standard and complies with BETA codes of practice and customer service.

Being a BETA member will provide Farm & Country Online with ongoing additional support and training, enabling us to keep up to date with changes in industry standards, guidelines and products which we can pass onto our customers.
